Send a File
To ensure the best quality and to avoid added costs for necessary setup or files adjustments, we request you send your file(s) with the follow specs...
– PDF format preferred (most universal)
– Bleed and crop marks, if you want your color/images to the edge of the sheet with no white margins
– Highest quality available (300ppi preferred for print, or vector format)
– Margins – we like them. Keep all text at least 1/8" (.125) in from each edge, to ensure it doesn't get cut off (literally). This might be visual if you can't set margins using document settings.
Canva users:
1. Please download your file as PDF for Print, using the dropdown boxes.
2. Select the option for bleed and crop marks
3. Choose CMYK color mode (this option might only be available for the Pro accounts).
Margins: Keep all text at least 1/8" (.125) in from each edge, to ensure it doesn't get cut off (literally). This might be visual if you can't specifically set margins.
