1. Can I pickup my online order? 
Yes! OSD is located at 136 S Walnut St. Suite 1, La Crescent, MN. On the right side of the Anytime Fitness building. Online orders can be picked up anytime during normal business hours. 

2. Do you do custom orders? 
Yes! Send your request via the Contact page. Megan will get get back to you ASAP!

3. Do you wholesale? 
Yes! Find Oak Street Designs on Faire for wholesale pricing. 

4. When will I get my order? 
In-stock items are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Sold-out items are still available for purchase, but may take an extra 1-2 business days for production. You will receive a notification that your order has shipped with a link for tracking. Shipping times are based on your selection at checkout. Please contact me if you need your items quickly. I will do my best to accommodate. Additional fees may apply depending on current orders and workload. 

5. Can I shop Oak Street Designs locally? 
You can find OSD items at local markets in the La Crosse WI & La Crescent, MN area. See my Shop Local page via the links at the bottom of the page. Follow OSD on social media for shop local announcements and more.
