Meet the Owner

Megan has 12+ years in the graphic design and printing industry. She designs and produces all of her own products, selling both online and locally, in addition to working directly with local clients for their graphic design and printing needs. Outside of work, Megan values time spent with her husband and daughters, as well as family and friends. Graphic Design 

Megan offers graphic design services for both business and personal needs, near and far. As an experienced Adobe Creative Suite user, all of her work is designed custom to the client and their business, organization, event, etc. While DIY design programs offering customizable templates, such as Canva, are really great resources for many, Megan's work is thoughtfully and intentionally designed using professional software and skills – keeping your business's brand identity (colors, fonts, imagery, and overall look/style) in mind, providing a cohesive look to enhance your brand, help it stand out, look professional, and help create brand recognition through consistency – ultimately helping you attract customers. 

Megan can tell you the psychology behind color, the difference between a raster and vector file, different file formats (what for and when they should be used), RGB vs CMYK (what, when, why, how), setting up and exporting files for print, why you shouldn't be using a .PNG or .JPG as your only logo file format (don't worry – she can help when you run into issues with that), and much more. 

As much as Megan would love to do it all herself... she can't. OSD is in the process of hiring additional graphic designers. If you know anyone with graphic design interest or experience and slightly obsessive attention to detail who might be able to help a girl out, send them our way!

Printing

OSD offers professional, high-quality printing services for just about anything – except apparel, and for that we have referrals for local businesses we know and trust. 

Use our design services or send us your print-ready file(s) with the following specs: 
– PDF format preferred (most universal)
– Bleed and crop marks, if possible
– Highest quality available (300ppi preferred for print, or vector format) 

Canva users: 
Please download your file as PDF for Print, using the dropdown boxes. Select the option for bleed and crop marks, and choose CMYK color mode (this option might only be available for the Pro accounts). Margins: Keep all text at least 1/8" (.125) in from each edge, to ensure it doesn't get cut off (literally). This might be visual if you can't set margins.
